Unauthorized Expectation

On Friday, Valentine's Day, a very dear friend of mine made me face the truth, something that I have been denying or flat out ignoring for over a year now.� First off, this friend and I are not intimate.� We have known each other for quite a few months, but only recently started hanging out.� The truth that he made me face was an arrangement that I currently have with another friend, a room-mate.� Our arrangement has been going on for well over a year and it is something that my new friend wants very much to take the room-mate's place in the intimate department.

The arrangement that we have really does not exist.� Occasionally we have sex and may end up at a club together, but that's all it is.� When we are at a club, he will acknowledge me to a point, and yet do his best to maintain the distance, our secret, I am his dirty little secret.� When his family or friends are around, I am pretty much ignored, in fact there could be someone sitting on the couch that I do not know and he won't even introduce me to them.... that is how much of a dirty little secret I am.� Not worth mentioning.

The new friend said in no uncertain terms that he, the roomie, does not see me as a person, a woman or someone who has feelings.� I am merely seen as an opportunity to have sex when it is needed.

The part that hurts in all this is that I put my desired expectations on the roomie without his knowledge.� I wasn't looking for a relationship, and yet, I wanted to feel acknowledged for something more than just sex.� I didn't think it was that big of an issue if he would personally invite me out somewhere on occasion, sit next to me on the couch to watch a movie without it having a condition of sex, to have sex and wake up next to each other in the same bed, not for him to get up and leave the moment we were done.� In all honesty, it makes me feel somewhat like a slut or prostitute, the only thing missing is money left on a dresser or nightstand.

And yet, knowing that I don't really matter to him, knowing that I am not worth his time and effort, wanting so much to be seen for me, I have allowed him to take a piece of my heart, I am in love with this man and I don't know how to just end it, put a stop to this arrangement.

It is so Cold Out There

It is getting so cold out here in Minnesota so it has been especially hard to find things to do. It seems like there are just bars and movies, so I decided to do something a little different. I went to an outdoor ice skating rink and they totally had a bathroom trailer!! This trailer was like a normal bathroom but it could be taken anywhere. It was even heated which was the most amazing part of it. If all ice rinks had one of these, people would be doing a lot more often

Rochester Wedding Fair

Of course Minnesota is a frozen tundra all winter long. So since it will be unbearable cold this weekend, I am heading to the Rochester Wedding Extravaganze in Rocheter. This two hour drive will take me and my friend Kara to the wedding fair, where we can explore dresses, food and venues for her upcoming wedding. I am super excited to go to this event, but I am not excited about the time of day that we are doing this. Leaving Minneapolis at 7:00 AM is not exactly my cup of tea, but I would do anything for Kara. I hope that we get some amazing ideas that will make this wedding the best day of her life. Who knows, maybe I will find some ideas for a future wedding of my own.

I headed out to the food truck fair last weekend and it was amazing. The food was great and the weather was even better. I couldn't get enough of these lobster tacos that I got, and I event purchased some broccoli mac and cheese. The good news is that my friend was working one of the food trucks and gave me the skinny on cleanliness. When you think of food trucks you don't usually think clean, but they all had to have these portable sinks like this one.

Ugh...I have to Change

Dear Love,
�

That's the picture that finally made me want to change. �I had been doing the same thing and nothing had changed. �The scale was up and down within a a 15 pound radius but it NEVER fell below 290.

While all entries will not focus on my weight this one will. �It's what's stressing me the most right now. �My life seems like it's s a stress magnet sometimes. Three/Four years ago I lost about 30 pounds doing Medical Weight Loss but since I have always exercised at least 1 hour a day I stopped because I was always tired. �Almost passed out a couple of times. �Not enough calories for me. �I just didn't work for me.

Two years ago I lost 50 pounds in 6 months doing Weight Watchers it was a great program while I did it. �Then life happened and I could not afford it anymore plus stress and ALL of the weight was back on. �That freakin sucked!!

I have now been looking at a more permanent and feasible way to change my life. I have become a fan of a few of the FB pages and have started following them. �I have read the book and am ready to start. The change is called Trim Healthy Mama. �I am ready for a change and tired of being this way. �There's no more looking �back only forward!!

SOH CAH TOA Pattern

Sometimes we are looking for something that was missing, something that necessary to be found. We put things right away if we know the appropriate way of what it suppose to be. But the question is how we can find the missing stuff if we have already the hint? Definitely we can use the hint we are referring. Isnt it? Likewise in math problems we can relate it specifically in SOH-CAH-TOA pattern where it can help us as much as we can define and learn how to use this pattern.

Actually it is easy to understand by words it self it defines the way of how we can solve th ose challenging problems. The six trigonometric function such as sine, cosine, tangent, cosecant, secant and cotangent is totally the content of the pattern. Where we can also find out the 3 sides, the opposite sideThe adjacent and the hypotenuse. We use the part Soh- in terms when we are looking for sine teta it is equal to opposite side over hypotenuse, the second part of the pattern, the Cah - use as cosine teta is equal to adjacent over hypotenuse, and the last is toa.. where it is the tangent teta is equal to opposite side over adjacent. The rest 3 trigometric functions is always reverse of what is declared in the first 3 that I said recently.

This proved that no matter what was missing there's always a step that we can use to perform until we get what we want to find out. A simple way of discussing just like in reality. Everything can do as long as we did the the right path of giving importance in every detailed given in remedying any problems.

� � � � � � � � �We have so many topic that my teacher teach us � � � �but.....�
� � � � � � � �The lesson I`ve choosed in our previous topic in 3rd Quarter is The Unit Circle.
� � � �A circle of radius with center at the origin (0,0) and intersect the coordinate axes at the point (1,0), (0,1), (-1,0) and (0,-1). This is called Unit circle. Any point on the circle will correspond to all ordered pairs (x,y) as its coordinates.

� � � I can apply this in my life the sides in the unit circle are the trials in our life that God gave sometimes we say that we give up because of this but we have be strong and have faith in God to finish those trials. All people in the world have trials in life so we have to be thankful because we have family that can support us in that fight in our life. Smile �and say we can do this. Be happy always eventough we have promblems in life. And I can apply this in making decision in life we have to think many ntimes to make our decision right ang dont make any mistake at last. Our life is like a circle sometimes we are in high but sometimes we are in low.

The Value of Sine and Cosine of an Angle

�The Lesson �or Topic I appreciate to be like is The value of the Sine and Cosine of an Angle. Can be obtained using a calculator or a table of trigonometric functions, or by reading from the unit circle. A scientific calculator can be used to obtain decimal approximations of the function values of an angle. Whether the function is expressed in radians or�degree does not matter. But this situation I want using by reading from �unit circle this process make me so enjoyable, exciting because you can find an interesting.�
� � � The second topic I was love this Third Quarter is Trigonometric Identities. Using the Fundamental Identities, the proof of the other Identities may also be established. The example of �Fundamental Identities are Reciprocal, Quotient, Pythagorean Identities. As you can see this ways are so Difficult but if you listening in your teacher you understand Everything. They had an easily way to determined the Trigonometric Identities if you can visualize the tan-sin-cos-hexagon. Some suggested strategies for proving identities are follows, Simplify the more complicated side of the equation first, After simplifying one side as much as possible work on the other side until the two side are Equal, Finally express all function values in terms of values of sines and cosines. If I relate this in our life like we decide what we will choose first to solve the problem between our parents and friends. We solve the problem first on our parents because this is a complicated side if our parents was gonna be gone so hard for us to accept. Parents is the first we help us if we have a problems.
� � �Every lesson have a connected to each other so we responsibility to understand the different lesson. You must still have a knowledge from your previous lessons, in order for you to fully understand the next lessons you'll be taking. You'll use them as a foundation. In life the Past cannot be Changed, Forgotten or Erased. However the lessons learned can prepare you for a BRIGHTER FUTURE. Third Quarter was AWESOME
