人类的灾难

��� 一个年幼的孩子在目睹人类巨大灾难发生后会想些什么? 带着这个问题, 我昨天抽空跟敦敦谈起 ‘人类的灾难’ 这个话题, 我们仔细比较了9.11和5.12的共同点和差异.
��� 我提出自然灾害和恐怖袭击造成的灾难很不同, 一个是天灾, 一个是人祸. 但不论天灾还是人祸, 都是我们人类要共同面对的, 灾难的共性是在很大程度上的不可预测性, 对生命的毁灭性, 还有对普通人造成的心理阴影和对幸存者带来的无法痊愈的情感创伤.
�� 敦敦静静地倾听我的看法, 但从他的眼神可以看出来, 他的思绪显然不在我的思维范畴里, 当谈到对幸存者的 ‘心理救援’, 他突然阐述道, 接受 ‘死亡’ 是人类生存的前提. 普通人都明白, 总有一天我们自己和我们挚爱的亲人都会死去. 可是人类会本能地选择在亲人离世后继续活在世上. 接受一个负面的东西存在的现实, 才能成就你对正面东西的追求. 生命因为死亡才有不朽的美丽. 就如同我们了解我们周围有邪恶的存在, 但我们还是能够寻找到快乐一样. 看着我迷迷糊糊的表情, 他还举了个例子, 我们强调道德是因为人类缺乏道德理念. 现实生活中没有完备的道德规范, 只有人类从不断犯错误中追求道德规范的过程. ����
�� 孩子以他自己的方式在理解灾难和灾难的后果. 他从人类的本能阐述人类生存的力量和对灾难的承受能力. 生和死是矛盾的统一体, 灾难和面对灾难的坚强也是共存的. 实际上32年前发生在唐山的毁灭性大地震已经告诉我们, 带着创伤的同胞们是会从灾难中顽强地站起来的.
Wow, I'm really bad at being consistent.
Another week has gone by, and while--looking back--it feels like it�went fast, each and every single minute dragged and drags. A lot has gone on. Let's see.... last Friday.... nothing remarkable happened. I believe. Do not trust my memory for THOSE kinds of things. I have a different kind of memory. But back on track. Saturday.... Oh yes!! Saturday was my cousin's wedding. She's so nice... I am so happy for her! All the best, S+C!!! We love you.
And I got to see all my little cousins for the first time in a long, long while. They are all so adorable. I love one of them like she were my little sister. I wish she were. They are all incredible and wonderful and I wish I could see them more than twice or three times a year... but those are the breaks of having an antisocial family. Well... antisocial is an overstatement. It is my mother's side I am talking about now. On my father's side the only ones left are my grandparents and an aunt (the rest died a long, long time ago, in the war.).
My mother's family, on the other hand, is pretty well never-ending. There are just so MANY of them. And my mother, father, and two brothers find family gatherings tedious and needlessly time-consuming. The major issue my mother has with it is that she finds some people in our family petty and gossipy and not very nice people, so she tries to stay away from them as much as possible. I understand that to a point. But really, I wish with all my heart that we weren't the only branch of our family living in this city. I would loooove to see all the young ones more often. This is, however, not my decision. I do no have any jurisdiction over the visiting times of my family members.
Sunday, I went to see the Prince Caspian movie with one of my great, wonderful friends named Isabel. Izzy and I had the best time EVER. And when we got into the theater, we saw Zoya working behind the concession stand. We talked for a bit (she had just gotten the job) and then went to go watch. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! Haha, Prince Caspian was HoT!! Even though I get terribly annoyed whenever people make comments throughout the entire movie, that is precisely what Iz and I did. I started laughing so hard when the Telmarines first spoke--THEY ALL HAVE HISPANIC ACCENTS!!! And so I spent the whole movie giggling whenever they opened their mouths. (I'm hispanic, and I found it hilarious.) We both had a great time. After, she came over for supper and we talked for a long time. It was very fun.
Monday was our last comping group meeting. I said bye to everyone for the summer, and we all went out for ice cream. Tasty.
Tuesday I had a doctor's appointment in the afternoon. Everything's fine. Physically, at least... And then I had a Spanish project due the next day that required scrapbooking, so I stay up two hours extra to finish it. I am utterly artistically retarded, so although I tried my hardest, I have seen my 4-year-old cousin produce better works of art. Remind me never to draw anything again.
On Wednesday I went to a concert with my parents. It was a classic rock band, one of my favourites. I loved it. I am glad I could go, though initially I hadn't wanted to. I was (and am) exhausted from all the late nights, and that guaranteed to be another one. But I went and enjoyed myself immensely.
Thursday I had nothing to do (besides study and do homework, but those don't count).
Today we had what we call Field Day at our school. We got dressed up in our House colours and did relay races, played kickball, and made presentations for the teachers. It was fun, and my house won ALL THE KICKBALL games, and the extra 100 points for�bringing in the most non-perishable food. I'm very proud of us.
Sigh. That was long... and most likely very boring to read. If anyone did read it completely. Which I doubt. That's fine. Most people have better things to do than listen to a fifteen-year-old girl complain and ramble about her life. I wish I had something better to do than complain.
Recommendation of the day... hmm.... for a movie, how about Prince Caspian? Yay!

well....I DIDNT EVEN GET MI PHONNE BAK !!!!! i want it bakk so bad.. but watever mi ma was trippen sooo bad 4 no aparent reason, first of all i had to walk home 4rm skool (which is the longest walk of mi lyfe ) and then she started trippen 4 no reason, uh so drives me nuts... so i walkd to mamas house and waited 4 her to get home 4rm workk i mite be movin wit her cuz i cant deal wit mi mom anyymore!!..& then theresss mii� dumb ass boyfriend!!!!!!!! i swear he pisses me off so bad.. i ttalk to him last nite and we specifically talked about how he ignores me in skool and he said he dont mean to and hell stop and blah blah!!!!! thenn we cum to skooll AND HES STILL DOINNG IT MAN FUCK IT...like on sum reall shit im bout to act like we dotn even go 2gether im gunna do wateva...hes a ass in skool.. im just so over caring anymore.. and then im walkin down the hall cumin to home rooom. and knoiing i seriously cant stand taylor!!! hes guna go around me and talk to HER! and he aint say shit too me :[ im over it� let him be wit her..im just soo fuckken tired of caring abotu boiiis.. im honestly just gunna go ak to playin erybodyy i dk why i thought i should change 4 him... i miss MELVIN so much i hate it.. and it dont hepl that walter brings his name up ALL THE TIME.. he dont understand that i was in love wit him... I HOPE me and him sumtime get abkk togethher but i just dont see it happeninng plus hess leaviing in l ike 8 days :[ HES GUNNA BE GONE ALL SUMMER im gunna miss his ugly asss...but oh wel i guess..
Well how can I say this, guess it's no easy way to put it. I kissed Mia, again. Except it was more intense...in the bathroom, the bathroom stall, at school, 5th prd. We were both out of place but I dont think neither of us cared. I dont know why, what, how but I know it happened. It was so fast, so weird but it was so, so real! OMG I cant believe myself I really hate this girl, well not now maybe, but I do! She slept with my girlfriend, this bitch is the enemy..has been for 4 years now..Aint no way I could possibly like her. We fought twice, she beat my ass twice! DAMNIT! I hate this bitch!!! She is so the enemy but whoa did she really have me hooked. Not the bathroom session but her sweetness && niceness that came after it. I dont know what to do, let me go think about this, it's such a mess. I have to think about Pig, am I gonna tell her, No-yes! How will I, When will I...am I gonna tell her

���� No, they are not the same. Free Will and/or Freedom of choice is the first part....the second part is whether or not it is considered right or just. It is opinionated because of this also. What is right to one may not be for the another.
