That is how I am learning to be a leader. I am trying to encourage people below me along with my staff. You still have to divide up the labor so that people can have a clear direction for their passion.

okay i'm in the library. at transfer deon started to hug me and started kissing me messingup my fav lipgloss. he has those rlly soft lips and it was pleasent and omg all my lip gloss was on his lips and neck lol. he says he dont rub it off on the neck. he says he love my lips lol. ne wayz i am going ot have a good day today i think. so i cya later or in a few minutes. oh btw the reason why deon pissed me off was that he was letting this other girl hug him. i am a very jealous girl.... well not that jealous anyways g2g cya

Well I thought this would be the easiest way to get a none Biased Opinion about what I'm suppose to do. Where to begin. I have been dating a guy for about 4 months, and I believe that I love him very much. Well anyway about a week ago my Great grandma passed away, and the night of her wake was on the same night as my boyfriends dad was going to go to prison. So anyway his dad ended up throwing him a party becuase hes going to miss his 18th birthday, so my boyfriend asked if i wanted him to go to the wake with me, but who am I to say sure, and miss your party, so I said no and we went on our own seperate ways. Welll his dad ended up getting him a stripper! yes, a stripper. And my boyfriend told me that she came, she danced and she left, thats it. I had to hear it from all of his friends that actually, she gave him a full blown lab dance, he took a shot of her boob, and she undd his pants with her mouth to get dollar bills. Everyones telling me to dump him and that I'm a beautiful girl and I can do better! HELP! what would you do if it were you?

today was a good day. Mario and i can finally agree that we grew apart. I thought being togather 14 years can only make us stronger, but it made me week which allowed him to take advantage of my love. well something woke up inside of me. better late then never

I am so ready for the next day. I just want to complete this book and get it to the publisher. Life should be spent as one day at a time but it seems like there is not enought time in the day to complete my goals. My plate is full.

Today I had my first experience at the Fed Ex Kinkos store. I wanted to try and update my resume just incase I found someone to give it to. It is really a handy place to do computer work and print documents. After that I just went driving around. I went to a little town near Mooresville called Cornelius - it is the cutes place. Really old stle and very quaint. I also went to Davidson which is very similar to Cornelius. In Cornelius I was trying to find the location that Micheal Waltrip is building his new Waltrip Racing World facility - no luck. All of a sudden a wave of sleepiness hit me like a ton of bricks. So I headed back to the hotel. Well back to the hotel took me about 1 1/2 hours. After taking a little cat nap I decided I needed to do something productive. So I went to IHOP to get something to eat. While I was there I decided to check out the want ads - and low and behold there was an ad for catering work at the track this weekend. I went to the place and applied and I will be working on Friday and Saturday. If I can servive the hours it should be fun. I will be doing catering in the private suites at the track. We have to be at work at 10 am and the woman said it could be as late as midnight before we are done. Maybe working at Hartman's wasn't that bad after all. At least I got to take a nap there. Well it should be interesting. I'm happy to have some work. J

right now ia m at school writing a letter for Amnesty International about Abbas Lisani who is a prisoner of conscience. Yes I am in Amnesty International at my school and plan to be in taht club all of my four years and thru college. i wanna fight against violence torture cruelty. Well if u dont know wat amnesty is a club of human rights activists. yes i am a human rights activist. also my favorite band of all time coldplay is in amnesty yay. so that makes me wanna join plus i wanna stop all this violation of the human rights thing. well i gotta go and fginish writing so i will cya later. i might wirte back during b club cause i dont wanna go to french club byes
