Getting Started

Recently have found a new nutrition program called Isagenix. I will be using this journal to log my progress and anyone who would like to view it can. :) Hopefully I'll be losing weight and feeling better. I will be trying to post a new entry and picture everyday. Hopefully by the end of my 30 day system I will be seeing results and things will be on their way to a new me :) :) 30 days, what do i have to lose ?
