life to it's fullest. We live in our thoughts of who we are and what we believe even if they aren't true. This is why we meditate so we can realize how many thoughts go through our head and keep us
from living in the present. It is unbelievable how many thoughts run through our heads that we don't notice. To think of absolutely nothing is a huge challenge.
