Today my dad came in to Toronto to visit me... I haven't seen him since the start of the summer and I almost didn't recognize him when I saw him... he's lost SO much weight... he had told me he lost like 50 pounds or something like that in the past little while, but I wasn't prepared to see that big a difference it made on him... I've never in my whole life seen him look so healthy and slim! His tummy is totally gone! It was a very fun visit - we walked and talked A LOT and ate some terrific food! But, it was really inspirational hearing about how great he feels after losing all this weight and living a much more healthy life than before! It totally inspires me to clean up my act a bit more now! Also, the new issue of Oxygen is out today so that's always a boost too! I'm eager to get down to the gyme early tomorrow morning and start whipping this bod back into shape!

i expect others to be trustworthy and lately ive found it quite hard to trust anyone.. my heart was shattered by someone and sad thing is i dont think that person even cares... oh well

Well I got a job at Wal-Mart and I start tomorrow. I got a bus pass for two weeks, but still no way to work on the weekend, cuz of the schedule I am on. Got bad news from the doctor today as usual. I am still going to try and keep it together, I know I can get through this, I know I can.

TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY FOR ME. I FOUND OUT THAT MY FRIEND MIGHT BE GITTIN HER BUTT KICKED B/C SHES MESSIN WID MY OTHA FRIENDS MAN, AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE THAT. HOMECOMING IS THIS SATURDAY!! YAYA! I have a date too :D His name is Justin Tyalor. I went out with this kid for like 6 years :D We're going to my house for homecoming than to Old Chicago. And then the dance. :d i'm gunna look so pretty :D i have a green sparkly fress :D its gunna look really cool :d
