  Diet is working! Thank God for Coconut Oil people don't know what they are missing. One of the great wonders, good for many things. I won't post numbers yet, but in time. I'm takeing four tablespoons a day in a protein shake. Two in the morning and two at night which works wonders. I know for past experence that it will lower my HDL.

  Happy New Year! Have started my diet I will report on the results. I found a wonderful herb to help with my stress and anxiety. It is called Kava Kava and is found in health food stores. Works really well for me.

  Almost another year. What will this one bring? More of the same I'm afraid. Must lose weight and get in shape this next year. No excuses!

  I wish I felt I had a finest moment, but so many wasted opportunities. Guess I'm still look for that moment. I've been in a job I hate for almost 26 years. I had someone once who was almost perfect, but we came so close yet so far away form each other. I've search for that special someone forever. The problem is I am the type of man who knows exactly what he wants and no one my age is interested in that. I find the women very set in their ways and not very flexible or way to old for their age. Well as they say life is bitch and then you die. Oh, to find the caterpillar who wants to be my butterfly. May thats only a pipe dream.
