2/23/07-Woke up at normal time, freeplayed until breakfast. Had breakfast, made smoothies and drank w/straw. Had him help me vaccuum living room/hall/bedroom (pushed the vaccuum back and forth). Played with floor pillows in living room (built towers, house, etc). Played games at table for 15 min., followed by 20 minutes of arts/crafts (stickers, coloring, stencil/tracing, etc). Watched Calliou (1/2hr) followed by freeplay for about an 1/2hr. Had lunch, ate well. Did legos in the living room for 20 minutes followed by wiggles game. Then read stories for about 20 min., followed by trains in living room. Went down for nap, didn't sleep but rested somewhat for about an hour or so. Got up, watched Toy Story (1.5hr) and then strung beads and played with mini legos at table for 15 min each. Ate dinner, finshed it all. Then painted at the table for 15 minutes, cleaned up. Got ready for bed, cleaned up living room and then stories and bedtime. Asleep within an hour. Total TV for day: 2 hr. Total TO for day: 3. Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.

2/22/07-Woke up at normal time, freeplayed until breakfast. Ate breakfast well, cleaned up and played cars at the table. Then played fishing game and bingo at the table for 15 min each. Got down, got dressed/ready for day and then played in living room. Did sports game (baseball,basketball) for about 10 minutes. Then set up a "fort" (old baby corral) and played blocks inside it for about 20 min. Then had lunch, ate well. Read books and freeplayed until it was time to leave for OT. Came home from OT, went down for nap and SLEPT for about an hour or so. Got up, did Thomas trains in living room followed by lacing beads on the floor (tummy time). Had dinner, ate well. Went and played carsin the corral again and then played with Dad after he got home. Cleaned up, bedtime routine and went to bed at normal time. Fell asleep within 45 minutes. Total TV for day: None. Total TO's for day: 3. Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.

2/21/07-Woke up at normal time, freeplayed. Had b'fast, ate well.Got ready for the day and went to G'mas house (played on train table, watched 1/2 hr or so of tv, played with cars, etc). Came home, played with cars/car mat and then did magnetic puzzles at the table. Jumped on trampoline and then had lunch. Ate well, then played in the backyard (sandbox, basketball, rode bike, water play, etc). Came in, took a bath and then had stories. Went down for nap (SLEPT for a little over 2 hrs), got up and freeplayed. Had late dinner, ate well and played with Daddy and Sister. Went down to bed late because of long nap (an hour late). Fell asleep within 45 minutes. Total TV for Day: 1/2hr. Total TO's for day: 2. Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.

2/20/07-Woke up at normal time, freeplayed. Had b'fast, ate well. Did arts and crafts at table (stickers, colored, glued shapes on paper) followed by blowing bubbles (got a new bubble pipe and he was able to blow bubbles with it well). Threw balls into a bucket and then played legos in living room. Played burrito followed by dress up. Watched two episodes (45 min total) of little Einsteins and then had lunch. Ate well, then played bingo at table followed by drawing on a chalkboard. Did trampoline, then rocked in rocking chair and did ABC flash cards. Read stories, went down for nap (SLEPT foran hour or so). Painted on his aquadoodle mat with paintbrushes and then played with his cars and carmat. Ate dinner well, then freeplayed with Daddy (Mom went out). Daddy said he engaged with him in conversation for almost 15 minutes. Got ready for bed, brushed teeth and stories. Went to bed at normal time, fell asleep within an hour. Total TV for Day: 45 min. Total TO's for day: 1. Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.

2/19/07-Woke up at normal time. Had freeplay and then did ring around the rosie with sister a few times before b'fast. Ate b'fast well, then had a bath and played with squishy foam. Played trains in the living room followed by modeling clay and sticker game at the table. Then played a shape game (put matching shapes on a card). Did trampoline and then did 3 games at table for 10minutes each. Played with blocks in living room and built a fort with pillows. Had lunch, then freeplayed. Went down for a rest (didn't sleep). Played in front yard, then came in and read stories and had snack. Played golf in living room and freeplayed until dinner. Ate dinner well, then played in living room with Daddy and sister. Got ready for bed, brushed teeth and had stories. Early bedtime (half hour early), fell asleep within an hour. Total TV for day: NONE. Total TO's for day: 3. Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.

/18/07-Woke up at normal time, freeplayed for 15 minutes. Had breakfast, ate everything well. Got cleaned up and ready for church. Went to church, did well in Sunday School, but did have a small tantrum when it was time to leave and Daddy had to carry him to car. Came home, changed diaper and then went with Daddy to get a hair cut. Did really well, held still and didn't have a fit when it was time to leave. Came home, played with his trains and train track in the living room for about a 1/2 hr (also watched some racecars on TV w/Daddy off and on). Had lunch, ate everything well. Cleaned up, played in living room with Daddy and sister (trains, cars, etc) for about a half hour. Went down for nap, didn't sleep but somewhat rested for about an hour or so. Got up, got changed and went to in-laws for dinner. Did well at their house, played with his train table, cars, etc. Didn't eat much dinner. Kept running in the house so he did have to go in a time out there, but afterwards did better. Came home, cleaned up the living room and got ready for bed. Stories, brushed teeth and in bed at normal time. Fell asleep within 45 minutes. Total TV for day: about an hour and a half. Total time outs for day: 3.Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.

SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Georgia">2/17/07- Woke up at normal time, freeplayed for 20 minutes or so. Had breakfast, ate everything well (did smoothies with straws again for oral-motor work). Got cleaned up, dressed, brushed teeth, etc. Played with cars in the living room. I went out for errands for a few hours, Dad watched the kids. He watched 1 hour Sat AM cartoons (Veggie Tales, 321 Penguins). Then played on the trampoline for 15 minutes or so and then played various games with Dad. When I got home around Noon it was lunch time, ate everything well. Then went outside and played in the front for about an hour. Played with balls, trains, sister, played in his tent/tunnel. Then came in, played a game at the table for 15 minutes. Then it was storytime/naptime. SLEPT for a little over an hour. Then got up, and painted at the table for 20 minutes. Cleaned up, went to dinner and played in the playpark. He did well and minded for the most part. Had a small meltdown before we left, he saw a boy with some toy cars that he wanted. We went out to the car and by the time we loaded up he had calmed down and stoped crying. Came home, took a bubble bath. Played with squishy foam in the tub. Then got pj's on, read stories and went to bed. Fell asleep within 45 minutes. Total TV time for day: 1hr. Total time outs for the day: 2. Brushed every 3 hours w/out problems.

SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma">2/18/07-Woke up at normal time. Had freeplay for 20 minutes, then ate breakfast. Ate everything well, then cleaned up and played with playdough at table for 20 minutes. Got ready for the day, brushed teeth, etc. Freeplayed for another 20 minutes or so. Then left for follow up appointment with speech therapist. Did well in session (1/2 hr visit). Then went out to lunch, ate well and behaved. Then went to the shoe store, behaved well but had small meltdown when leaving (saw a toy that another boy had and wanted it). Rode a mechanical horse on the way out, he really enjoyed it. Then went to pick up sister, came home (out of the house for about three hours total). Played a game for 15 minutes, then read stories and went down for nap. Took about 20 minutes to calm down, but then SLEPT for about an hour. Got up, played with cars in living room for 15 minutes. Then painted at table for 20 minutes. Got cleaned up and ate dinner, ate everything well. Then played another game for 15 minutes, followed by puzzles for 15 minutes. Then strung beads (all 10 w/minimal help) for about 10 minutes. Cleaned up living room, got ready for bed and read stories/brushed teeth. Tooka few extra minutes to calm down for the evening once in bed. Total TV for day: none. Total time outs for the day: none. Brushed every 3 hours w/out problems.

2/15/17-Woke up at normal time, had freeplay for 20 min or so.� Had breakfast, made smoothies and had him drink through narrow straws to get some oral-motor work in.� Took a bubble bath and got dressed/brushed teeth.� Had tummy time on floor, played with cars on carmat for about 15 minutes.� Then did arts & crafts at table, made a collage (stickers, stamps, drawing, glued shaped on page) for about 15 minutes.� Played with little people in living room for 20 minutes, then did trampoline for 15 minutes.� Had lunch, ate everything well.� Played legos in living room for 20 minutes, followed by bingo for 20 minutes on the couch.� Then did some physical play (ring around the rosies, duck duck goose, london bridges) for 15 minutes.� Read stories for 20 minutes, then went down for nap.� SLEPT for almost 2 hours, then played in his bed for about 15 minutes after waking up.� Went for a 45 minute walk, came home and played games at the table for half hour (2 games at 15 min each).� Then freeplayed in living room for about a half hour, then did punch balls with Daddy for 15 min.� Cleaned up, got ready for bed.� Stories and went to bed at normal time.� Cranky when going down for the night, took awhile to calm down.� Total TV time for the day: none.� Total time outs for the day: 3.� Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems.� When I noticed drooling I would tell him to swallow and he would w/o problems, we also blew whistles off and on throughout the day.

2/14/07-Woke up at normal time.� Daddy watched them for�a few hours while I had a dr appointment.� While he was watching them they played blocks, ate b'fast, got dressed/brushed teeth and watched Dragon Tales (30 min).� When I got home�we went and ran errands for about an hour.� Came�home, played games at the table for 20 min, then ate lunch.� Ate everything well.� Then cleaned up and did arts and crafts�(coloring, stickers,�gluing shapes on paper, etc) for 20 minutes.� Jumped on�trampoline for 10 min, then�built with legos for 20 minutes.� Had storytime and nap, SLEPT for about an hour and a half.� Took a hour long walk after nap, came home and Jackson played games at the table while I got dinner ready.� Then after dinner Daddy played�Goin Fishing and Connect Four with him at the table for 20 minutes or so.� Then�Daddy and Jack had a punchball balloon fight for about 20 minutes, then we cleaned up and got ready for bed.� Read stories, brushed teeth and went to bed.� Fell asleep within 45 minutes.� Total TV for the day�was 30 minutes, total time outs were 3-4.� Brushed every 3 hours w/o issues.� �

2/13/07-Woke up at normal time. Freeplayed for a half hour, then had breakfast. Jumped on trampoline for 10 minutes, then blew bubbles w/straw in a bowl of water and blew bubbles (just a few) for about 10 minutes. Then played games at the table for a half hour (2 games for 15 min. each). Then played in the living room for 15 minutes with velcro balls/paddles. Then built legos and played with a new lego train in living room for 30 minutes. Jumped on trampoline again for 10 minutes, then freeplayed for 20 minutes. Had picnic lunch on living room floor. Set up tent and ball pit, played in them for 20 minutes. Then rocked in rocking chair and did alphabet flash cards for 15 minutes. Then storytime and nap, SLEPT for almost 2 hours. Freeplayed for 20 minutes, then colored at table and made a Valentine picture with stickers for 20 minutes. Had dinner, made a big mess and threw food all over the place. Played with Daddy after dinner, acted up and wouldn't clean up when asked. Went to bed w/o milk or story, fell asleep within a half hour. No TV today, 3 time-outs total. Brushed every 3 hours w/o problems. Seemed to have a little less drooling today.

2/11/07-add to journal: I thought Jackson fell asleep within 30 minutes for the night, but it actually took closer to 2 hours. 2/12/07- Woke up a little late (7:30 or so). Free played for 20 minutes, had breakfast and ate well. Took a bubble bath and played with shaving cream in tub. Got dressed, brushed teeth and then played Cootie and Goin' Fishing at the table for 15 minute intervals. Then came in living room, did wheelbarrow walkers back and forth across the room. Played with legos for 20 minutes, made several trains, cars, etc. Did tummy time on floor pillows and strung beads for 10 minutes, did several w/minimal help. Read stories for 15 minutes and then watched Calliou (30 min). Then had lunch, ate well. Went out for an errand. Free played with cars in living room for 20 minutes. Went down for nap, SLEPT for about a hour and twenty minutes. Then did puzzles at table for 15 minutes. Then snow painted (cornstarch and water) for 20 minutes, also put hands in paint for tactile play. Cleaned up, watched little einstein video for 20 minutes. Had dinner, ate everything. Cleaned up and played with playdough for 15 minutes. Then did valentines and wrote name and put stickers on approx. 15 cards. Then read stories and jumped on our bed for 20 minutes. Dad came home, played with him for 20 min. Then got ready for bed, brushed teeth. Stories and milk, went to bed and fell asleep within 45 minutes. Total TV time for day was 50 min. Total time outs for the day was 4. Brushed every 3 hours. Noticed that when he was drooling (mostly when concentrating on a game/puzzle) if I reminded him to swallow he would w/o problems.

2/11/07-Woke up a bit late (around 7:30). Ate a good breakfast, but played with food and needed bath afterwards. Acted up while trying to get dressed and brushed, had to go in time out. Got ready and went to Church. Dad had to check on him twice in Sunday School (pretty normal). Afterwards we went to Target and did some shopping. Listened pretty well and didn't act up, even when we went looking at the toys. Came home, had lunch and then played a new game at the table for 15 minutes. Afterwards he free played in the living room for about a half hour and we did wheelbarrow walker across the living room and back followed by ring around the rosie. Then we cleaned up, read stories and put down for nap. SLEPT for about a hour and twenty minutes, then went to McDonald's with Daddy so he could play in the indoor playground. Afterwards they went to the grocery store, he did act up in the store. Came home, had dinner and ate all of it. After dinner we played a game at the table for 15 minutes and then cleaned up, got ready for bed. Free played again in the living room for about a half houe, then put toys away and had stories. Went to bed at normal time, went to sleep in about a half hour. No TV or videos for Jackson today, brushed every 3 hours w/o incident.

2/10/07-Woke up at normal time. Played independently for about a half hour, had breakfast. Ate well, then cleaned up and brushed teeth and got dressed. Played with Thomas trains on floor in living room, made up a track w/little help. Played w/trains for about 20 minutes. Then played ring around the rosie w/me and Peyton for 5 minutes or so. Played games at the table for 5 minute increments, did a few puzzles w/o assistance and then played with playdough and utensils for 20 minutes. Played another game on the living room floor for about 10 minutes, then cleaned up and played with blocks for 20 minutes or so. Played independently for a half hour and helped me clean (dusted w/swiffer duster). Had lunch, ate everything well. Then played with Dad for the afternoon while I was out. Layed down for rest, didn't sleep. Went to in-laws for dinner. They had a new train table set put up and he played with it pretty much all evening, didn't really eat much dinner. Acted up somewhat (overstimulated I think and Grandpa tends to watch TV really loud). No TV or videos for Jackson today, brushed every 3 hours w/o incident. Went to bed a little past normal (half hour late), fell asleep within 20 minutes.

2/9/07-Woke up at normal time, played independently for 20 minutes. Ate good breakfast. Took bath, played with shaving cream in the tub. Blew bubbles twice, all by himself (he was VERY excited!). Got dressed, played Candyland on living room floor. Did well for a few turns and then started messing up the game, after two warnings he went in a time out. Came back, took a few more successful turns and we put the game away. Then built lego robots followed by ring around the rosie. Then had freeplay with his sister for about 20 minutes. Watched Sesame Street and Cailiou (1.5 hrs total). Then we did wheelbarrow walkers across the living room and back. Then played games at the table, rotating them at 5 minute intervals (set the timer). He did two 8 piece puzzles sucessfully and then played a game of Memory. Had lunch, ate all his food. Then we played wooden trains on the living room floor for a half hour and then did some heavy work and dragged large floor pillows around the living room for about 5 minutes. Then he went down for nap, didn't sleep but rested (somewhat) for a little over an hour. After nap we played a few more games at the table for 5 minute intervals, one of them I had him pick up plastic teddy bear counters with a pair of wooden tweezers and move them from one box to another. He did 20 or so successfully w/minimal help in the 5 minutes. Then he free played for about 45 minutes and we got ready to go out for the evening. At dinner he was raising his voice and after two warnings I took away the toy he was playing with, he calmed down and he got it back without further issues. Came home, cleaned up and had storytime and then to bed. Fought Dad at bedtime but calmed down after a few minutes, fell asleep within a half hour.

1/7/07: Woke up at normal time, ate breakfast and got ready for church. Went with Daddy to church (kid's Sunday school) had a major meltdown when it was time to leave (first time he's done that at church). Came home, I rocked him for a bit and then we played. Had a early lunch, ate well. Then we did some games at the table and afterwards watched a short video. Then played independently until naptime. Didn't sleep but rested. Got up, Daddy watched them again while Mom went out to run errands (said he was fine). Then ate dinner, he ate well. Played games and catch for awhile, then we cleaned up (he did this time, and kept saying he was excited because he was minding). Had storytime, got ready for bed and went to bed at normal time. Fell asleep within 45 minutes.

1/6/07: Woke up at normal time, got up and played for a little bit and then ate breakfast. Ate well, then did morning routine. Went to run errands with Dad for a few hours, came home and had lunch, ate well. Played with sister and watched a few short videos. Took a rest (didn't sleep). Mom went out for a few hours and Dad watched the kids (said they played, etc). Had a good dinner, played and read stories. Wouldn't clean up toys at cleanup time, so he had a few favorite toys taken away for the next day. Fell asleep in about an hour.

1/5/07: Woke up at normal time, ate a good breakfast. Did morning routine, watched Curious George. Afterwards we played at the kitchen table (playdough, puzzles, cars) and then watched Sesame Street. Afterwards we did burrito and then played in the ball tent for a half hour or so. Had lunch, then played independently for a hour or so. Then played burrito again, had storytime and layed down for nap. Slept for almost 2 hours. Got up, was a bit cranky and I rocked him for awhile to calm. Then played, watched a short video. Had dinner, ate well. Afterwards played with Dad and sister, got into pj's and brushed teeth. Read stories, went to bed a little late (around 8:30). Fell asleep within 45 minutes.

1/4/07: Woke up early (around 6:30), played for a half hour and then had breakfast. Ate well, then cleaned up and did morning routine. Played with sister and watched TV for a while. Took a bubble bath. We've all been sick with colds since Wednesday, so it's been pretty lax around the house. Played at the table with playdough, did some puzzles and then colored for awhile. Got down, played independently for a half hour or so and then lunchtime. Ate well, then cleaned up and watched TV and played until naptime. Didn't sleep, but rested. Got up, played with sister and watched a little TV until dinner. Ate a good dinner, then had time with Daddy and went down at normal time. Fell asleep within 30 minutes.

1/01/07- Woke up a little bit later than usual. Played for awhile, ate a good breakfast and did normal morning routine. Watched one short video, then played for an hour or so with sister and Daddy. Daddy played burritos, dominos and cars with him. Ate a fair lunch and then played again, mostly independently. Took an early nap, didn't sleep but rested. Woke up and went to grandparents house for dinner. Acted up quite a bit, wouldn't listen to directions or stay out of areas that he was told to. Had to go in a time out for not listening to Mom. Calmed down afterwards and played at the kitchen table for awhile, then started acting up again so he and Mom played together. When it was time to go, had a major meltdown and had to be carried to the car. Went home, storytime and straight to bed (about 20 minutes early). Fell asleep within half an hour. Still brushing in 2 hour intervals, so far he's doing ok with it and it seems like he is starting to drool less.
