feeling low

Hmm not really sure what to write yet.   Last year was hard enough , so far this year is not getting off to a good start.    Feel really low, don't have a best friend to moan to so i guess ill moan on here.  Since i broke my back i feel pretty useless, i was so active before i had my accident. Everything seemed to be going really well. New house in the country. Good job, happy in my relationship.    Then Boom.....can't do this can't do that. I get very frustrated.  I keep telling myself it is what it is.   Outwardly people think im a happy go lucky person. I always put on a smile and such.  Get on with things and just generally try to take each day as it comes.   Truth be known i would like to go stand on a cliff somewhere and scream my head off and have a bloody good cry.  And i would if i didn't have to rely on someone to take me.  i have a lil part time job, i really like it to.  Ita only a few hours a week ,but it gets me out of the house and im meeting people, cracking jokes and making them laugh, they always leave me with a smile, so im doing some good i guess.   But today i didnt want to go in, i didnt even call to say i wouldnt be in.  I should of but i didnt.  On the weekend i had a fall, not to good with balance, and as usual i was trying to do something i shouldnt, and fell and knocked a tooth out and cracked a few others , so i didnt go in on monday, and today i just couldnt face calling. Been to the dentist and had my teeth cemented back in as a temporary measure, but i have had to pay a lot of money i dont have, to get them fixed properly, and that wont be till next month.  So there you have it Diary, thats me at the mo, pretty fed up and sooooo low. Oh for some luck .
