  In order to improve my quality of life this year, I'd like to lose weight. I'll look better, FEEL better, and most of all, feel more confident.

  At times, I do... I think there are many times when people seem to embellish or retract things about themselves to make them feel "worthy" to people around them. Why I do it? Insecurity, I'm sure.
