  We had another therapy session today...it was alright...we had to make a list of what we thought the key ingredients in a happy marriage were....we both agreed that we need to talk more..we need to spend time together more... We went and did the laundry together tonight...it was alright...we actually talked about the future...I dont want to get my hopes up yet...
