Let's see today is going to be a good day... it's a little cloudy but nice enough I can still take the baby outside, tire her out!!! I have to work around 11 but only till 5 so still not bad. I've decided I'm not going to eat or snack on anything till I get home and then I'll have watermelon and a bowl of pasta for dinner. I went to the gym for about two hours again... so proud of myself!!! Oh next Sat Bella and Rich get to start swim lessons... kinda bummed out that I'm not the one who's going to be taking her... I do everything with her!!! I'll get over it though. I emailed Deee today to... wait and see what happens with that!!! oh stressed by that one. It's going to be one interesting wedding we can just say. Well must jet, work time!

"Mirror mirror on the wall who is the fattest of them all"

In the most simpliest words, is how I feel. I feel so trapped and at times hopeless. I am batteling the bulge and no matter how hard or how determind I may feel, I'm stuck. It's almost as if I am cemented in the center of a road and it's a journey I'll never be able to achieve. Why is that? What is wrong with me??
I had my daughter almost two years ago and have barely made a dent in the wegiht I gained during my pregnancy. I feel like a failure. Fromstruggling with an eating disorder, having to go to doctors appointments weekly to being so completely a blob of fat. Why can't I get past this "I'mstuck in this mode" phase???

"Looking for a healthy meal? One site recommends a handful of frozen grapes for dinner. Flavored water really helps you fight back your cravings." some helpful advice I found online.... Figure I need some motivation!
